What are your quality standards?

Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, our pork and lamb are pasture raised on foraged grasses and bugs, and our chickens are pasture raised. We have strict sourcing protocols for all meats processed under a From the Farmer label. These protocols are agreed to by all of our partners and encompass the entire life of the animal, their fair treatment, their diets, their processing, and more.
