Four days prior to your subscription order arriving, we'll send you a "What's Fresh" email that outlines what will be included in your next box.
After receiving your "What's Fresh" email, you'll have two days to log into your account and press the green "Customize" button. For each item you remove from your box, you'll be able to receive a double portion of another item :)

Please note: customization is available to folks who subscribe to one of our six customizable boxes (this excludes our Fresh Boxes, which are a curated selection of items that can't be modified).
